This photo was taken of Mr. Johnie H. Franklin on Stickledown range in Bisley England 2003. He is competing in the final stage of the Queen's prize having earned his way into the prestigious Queens 100. Quoting Mr. Franklin, he said our shooting mat was the best he had ever used.
